Our main activities in the field of olive oils include chemical tests and sensory evaluation, technical-scientific advice, applied research and transfer of expertise through specialized training courses.
Tests are performed according to official standard methods or, in the absence of specific EU-approved methods, applying in-house developed and validated procedures complying with the performance criteria established by EU regulations.
