The project finances investments aimed at energy efficiency, such as purchasing, replacing, and installing more efficient equipment or generating green energy.
Developed in collaboration with the Enterprise Europe Network, the project also offers sustainability consulting services.
Over a span of two years and through two two calls for proposals, the program will assist at least 1,800 SMEs in developing action plans to enhance their energy efficiency, including an EENergy grant of up to 10,000 euros for at least 900 SMEs.
The EENergy grant is a one-time support mechanism granted to individual SMEs on the basis of a specific action plan aimed at improving energy efficiency by at least 5%.
